  1. An ornamental design for a combined pleated bow tie and hair bow, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined pleated bow tie and hair bow showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of one side thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view of the opposite side thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top perspective view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment thereof showing my new design;

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view of the second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 9 is a side elevational view of one side of the second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 10 is a side elevational view of the opposite side of the second embodiment thereof;
