  1. The ornamental design for a steerable catheter, as shown and described.

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side plan view thereof, the opposite side plan view being identical thereto;

FIG. 5 is a back plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a front plan view thereof.
