DESIGN FOR A TRADE-MARK.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the same.
To all whom 'it may concern.-
Be it known that I, HENRY I. BARBEY, of the city and county of New York, have originated and produced a new Design for a Trade-Mark, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, referenee being had to the annexed drawing, making a part of this specification.
My design consists of a band or garter with buckle and double slide, with a cornice added at the foot of the oval which the garter or strap forms.
W'ithin the width of the garter, and at the top of the oval, the words Twelve yards, warranted, in plain block-letters, to indicate the number of yards each piece Contains, to which this trade-mark is ad- `justed.
