  1. The ornamental design for a storage battery cover having movable handle, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a front and upper left perspective view of a combined storage battery cover and movable handle showing our new design. The broken line showing of the battery container throughout the disclosure is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental elements only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of a combined storage battery cover and movable handle showing our design shown on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view thereof being a mirror image;
