HENRY G. ROTH, OF MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA.

DESIGN FOR A BOTTLE OR SIMILAR ARTICLE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 35,322, dated November 26, 1901.

Application filed October 14, 1901. Serial No. 78,663. Term of patent 14 years.

To LtZZ whmn it may concern:

Be it known that I, HENRY G. ROTH, a citizen of the United States, residing at Minneapolis, in the countyofHennepin, State ofMinnesota, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Bottles and Similar Vessels, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective of a bottle embodying my new design. Fig. 2is a side elevation of the bottle, and Fig. 3 is a plan of the same.

As clearly shown in the drawings, the body a of the bottle has three curvedsides, two of which are convex and the other of which is concave. These three sides have approximately the same curve, and the three corner edges of the bottle are located substantially equal distances apart. At the upper end of the bottle is a neck or annular section b.

The leading and material feature of the design is the body with the three curved sides, two of which are convex and the third of which is concave.

The design is applicable to cartons, jars, coffee-pots, cans, and various other vessels. Having described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The design for a bottle or other vessel, substantially as shown and described.

In testimony whereof I affix my signature in presence of two witnesses.

HENRY G. ROTH. Witnesses:
