  1. The ornamental design for a combined glass door panel and trim, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined glass door panel and trim showing my new design, the panel also being beveled;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is the right side elevational view, the left side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;
