  1. The ornamental design for a shelf support and electrical cable management structure, as shown and described.

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view, the left side being the mirror image of the right side;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view taken from the top, front and left side of a second embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being the mirror image of the right side;
