  1. The ornamental design for a combined hand stamp mount and rubber stamp, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the hand stamp mount shown in FIG. 6 without the rubber stamp affixed;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end being identical;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being identical;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a combined hand stamp mount and rubber stamp showing my new design;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of FIG. 6;

FIG. 8 is an end elevational view of FIG. 6, the opposite end being identical;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 6; and,
