  1. The ornamental design for a spinal fixation staple, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a spinal fixation staple showing my new design, the broken line showing of the second spinal fixation staple and the vertebrae are for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a front side view of the design of FIG. 7, the rear side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged fragmentary perspective view of one of the prong members of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the spinal fixation staple taken along the line 8--8 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of a second embodiment of a spinal fixation staple showing my new design;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view of the design of FIG. 9;

FIG. 11 is a left side elevational view of the design of FIG. 9, with the right side being a mirror image thereof; and,
