  1. The ornamental design for a combined distractor and sleeve for inserting spinal implants, as shown.
Description

FIG. 1 is a right side perspective view of the combined distractor and sleeve for inserting spinal implants showing my new design, with the left side perspective view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the design of FIG. 1, with the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear end view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front end view of the design of FIG. 1;
