  1. The ornamental design for a modular surge suppressor, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the top, left side, and front of a modular surge suppressor showing a new design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the bottom, left side, and front thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof; and

FIG. 8 is a back elevation view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the top, left side, and front of an alternative embodiment of the modular surge suppressor;
