  1. The ornamental design for a safety harness for children, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a safety harness for children showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged top plan view of the connection to the child's belt; and,

FIG. 9 is an enlarged front elevational view of the connection to the child's belt.

The broken line showing of a lady's torso and legs and of two children in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design the straps are shown broken away in FIGS. 2, 3, 6, and 7 for convenience of illustration.
