  1. The ornamental design for a surgical suture knot pusher with hooks, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a surgical suture knot pusher with hooks, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, opposite that shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view thereof, taken along the line 6--6 of FIG. 4.
