  1. I claim the ornamental design for a faceplate and locking device for a chamber opening accepting electronic data media, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a locking device with faceplate added, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view is a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof.
