  1. The ornamental design for a combined measuring spoon and carrying handle for a carousel storage device, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a combined measuring spoon and carrying handle for a carousel storage device showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof with the measuring spoon attached to the handle;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a side elevation view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view the handle structure without the measuring spoon; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of the measuring spoon.

The handle and measuring spoon are shown separately in FIGS. 7 and 8 for clarity of illustration.
