  1. The ornamental design for a folding hand tool, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top right front perspective view of a folding hand tool showing my new design, in a closed position;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view thereof being the mirror image of FIG. 3;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view thereof being the mirror image of FIG. 4;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top right front perspective view thereof, in an open position;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof, in the open position;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view thereof, in the open position, the rear elevational view thereof in the open position being the mirror image of FIG. 8;

The front elevational view (open and closed), rear elevational view (open and closed), right side elevational view (open and closed), left elevational view (closed), and top right front perspective view (open and closed) of the third embodiment being identical to the corresponding views of the second embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 21, 14, 23, 15, 24, 16, 13, 18, and 11, respectively.
