To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, JAMES W. LOUGHLIN, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Advertising- Sign, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

The figure is a front elevation of an advertising sign, showing my new design, the supporting framework of the sign being omitted.

I claim: The ornamental design for an advertising sign, as shown.
