  1. The ornamental design for a vital signs monitor, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is an isometric view showing the front of a vital signs monitor constructed in accordance with the present invention;

FIG. 2 is an isometric view showing the rear of the vital signs monitor of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a front view of the vital signs monitor of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof; and,
