  1. The ornamental design for a rotatable cutting tool, as shown and described.

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, taken from the side illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is an elevational view along line IV--IV of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 5 is an enlarged side elevational view of the rotatable cutting tool hole as shown in FIG. 2.
