  1. I claim the ornamental design for a combined resilient safety tile, as shown and described.

FIG. 1--is a prospective view of a combined resilient safety tile broken on one side and the top disclosing indefinite length and width showing my new design;

FIG. 2--is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3--is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4--is a elevational view of the other side;

FIG. 5--is a bottom view;

FIG. 6--is an end elevational view; and,

FIG. 7--is an end elevational view of the opposite end.
