DESIGN FOR A. JELLY-CUP.
To all 'whom t may conce-rn.-
We, JAMES S. ATTERBURY :md Turnus B. AT- TERBURY, of Pittsbnrg,in the county of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced o new and origin-.tl Design for n. Jelly-Cup, of which the following is n specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings making pnrt of the same, .in which- Figure 1 is a. side view of the design.
Figure 2 is a. bottom view.
Similar letters of reference indicate 'corresponding parts in the several figures.
The onp is circular when taken horizontally :it any point from its base to its upper margin, as shown in iig. 2.
When taken vertically the cup presents convex bulging sides, the swell extending from the pointJ a to the point 11.
The lower portion of the cnp is considerably smaller tlmn the upper portion; consequently the onp presents an npwnrdly-flm'ing form, as shown in fig. 1 of the drawings.
The jelly-cup is preferably mnde of glass, and above the curved portion it may be elongated to :my extent desired without; changing the design represented.
We claim ns our invention- The design for n. jelly-cup, as described and shown.
