  1. The ornamental design for a retractable lighted magnifier and flashlight, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a top view of a retractable lighted magnifier and flashlight, showing my new design with the magnifier retracted;

FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a rear view thereof.

FIG. 7 is a top view of the retractable lighted magnifier and flashlight showing my new design with the magnifier extended;

FIG. 8 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 11 is a front view thereof; the rear view being identical to FIG. 6.
