FIG. 2 is a side view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view of a second embodiment of the "shoe with spring";

FIG. 5 is a side view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear view thereof.

The portions of the shoe with spring not disclosed form no part of the claimed design.
