  1. I claim the ornamental design for the visor organizer with slip-in pouches, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of the visor organizer with slip-in pouches.

FIG. 2 is a rear view of the visor organizer shown in FIG. 1 wherein the beads of the pouches in FIG. 1 are shown in profile in FIG. 3.
