  1. The ornamental design of a decorative edging and stepping block, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of the decorative edging and stepping block showing the new design, with an upper surface having raised mounds that form a pattern;

FIG. 2 is a top view of the edging and stepping block of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a front-side view of the edging and stepping block of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a side view of the edging and stepping block of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a rear-side view of the edging and stepping block of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the edging and stepping block of FIG. 1.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the decorative edging and stepping block showing the new design, with the upper surface having recessed grooves that form the pattern;

FIG. 8 is a top view of the edging and stepping block of FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is a front-side view of the edging and stepping block of FIG. 7;

FIG. 10 is a side view of the edging and stepping block of FIG. 7;

FIG. 11 is a rear-side view of the edging and stepping block of FIG. 7; and,

FIG. 13 is a perspective view of a third embodiment of the decorative edging and stepping block showing the new design, with the upper surface having score lines that form the pattern; and,

The front, left, right, rear and bottom sides of the third embodiment are the same as those shown in FIGS. 9-12 of the second embodiment.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1, 3-5, 7, 9-11 and 13 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design. The side views opposite those shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 10 are mirror images, respectively.
