  1. The ornamental design for a card with an ornamental rectangle and IC chip, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a card with an ornamental rectangle and integrated circuit (IC) chip showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the card of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the card of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.
