The dot-dash line in FIG. 5 indicates that the top portion has been shown exploded away from the bottom portion and that the two parts line up on center when in non-exploded condition. The two tiny cylindrical protuberances seen in FIGS. 2 and 4 extend downward from the bottom of top plate in the space outward from and beneath the numbers “3” and “15” in the exact positions indicated in FIGS. 3 and 5.
