  1. I claim the ornamental design for a holster apparatus for use with a handheld device, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of a holster apparatus for use with a handheld device showing the new design, the broken line showing of a handheld device being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the holster apparatus for use with a handheld device shown in FIG. 1, with the handheld device omitted for clarity;
