  1. I claim the ornamental design for a portable battery-powered neck fan, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the portable battery-powered neck fan embodying the design of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the portable battery-powered neck fan in use.

The broken line showing of environmental structure is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The neck strap and the waste strap shown in FIG. 1-7 have been shown broken away to indicate indeterminate length.
