Be it known that LELLsWoRTH A. HAW- THORNE, a citizen of the United States, anda resident of Bridgeport, county of Fairfield, State of Connecticut, (Whose postoiiice address is Bridgeport, Connecticut,) have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Vehicle Signaling Device, of which the following description, in

connection with the accompanying drawing, 15 a specification.
