  1. The ornamental design for a diagnostic test carrier, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 2 is an angled bottom view of the diagnostic test carrier shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is the left side view of the diagnostic test carrier shown in FIG. 1; the right side being a mirror image.
