  1. The ornamental design of a scalloped key tag rack, as shown and described.

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof with the right side a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is another embodiment of my invention and shows a front perspective view of a two-unit scalloped key tag rack showing my new design;
