  1. The ornamental design for a portable external defibrillator, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of the portable external defibrillator having a top lid in a closed position;

FIG. 2 is a top view of the portable external defibrillator of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the portable external defibrillator of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of the portable external defibrillator of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view of the portable external defibrillator of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of the portable external defibrillator of FIG. 1;
