  1. The ornamental design for a cervical collar, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a cervical collar showing my new design, in use condition; the broken line showing is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation of the cervical collar of FIG. 1 in uncoiled condition.

FIG. 3 is a top edge view of the cervical collar as viewed from the top in FIG. 2.

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation of the cervical collar as viewed by rotating FIG. 2 through 180° about its horizontal, longitudinal axis.

FIG. 5 is a bottom edge view of the cervical collar as viewed from the top in FIG. 4.

FIG. 6 is an end elevation as viewed from the left in FIG. 2.

FIG. 7 is an end elevation as viewed from the right in FIG. 2.

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view of a second embodiment of the cervical collar showing my new design, in use condition; the broken line showing is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
