  1. The ornamental design for a portable hand-held messaging device, as shown and described.
Description

The present application is related to the following design applications, each of which are divisional applications of U.S. design patent application Ser, No. 29/132,366, filed Nov. 8, 2000, now. U.S. Design Patent D 479,714, and all of which are incorporated herein by reference: (1) U.S. design patent application Ser. No. 29/186,324, filed Jul. 15, 2003, inventor Irah H.
