  1. The ornamental design for a forehead support and partial frame portion, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a forehead support and partial frame portion according to a first embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 1, but without the environmental structure;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a right side view thereof, like FIG. 5, but showing the forehead support in a different position relative to the partial frame portion.
