  1. The ornamental design of a folding latching bag handle, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a top view of a handle embodying this invention in unfolded condition, the bottom view thereof being the same;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the FIG. 1 handle;

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the FIG. 1 handle;

FIG. 4 is a right edge view of the FIG. 1 handle, the left edge being the same;

FIG. 5 is a view similar to FIG. 1 but with the locking notch filler tab and the oval locking tab folded;

FIG. 6 is a view similar to FIG. 2 but with the locking notch filler tab and the oval locking tab folded as in FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a view similar to FIG. 3 but with the locking notch filler tab and the oval locking tab folded as in FIG. 5;

FIG. 8 is a left edge view of the FIG. 1 handle folded in a condition of use;

FIG. 9 is an enlarged fragment of FIG. 1 including the locking notch filler tab;

FIG. 10 is an enlarged fragment of FIG. 1 including the oval locking tab;

FIG. 11 is an enlarged fragmentary elevational view looking at the left side of the FIG. 1 handle as it is shown in FIG. 8;

FIG. 12 is an enlarged fragmentary elevational view looking at the right side of the FIG. 1 handle as it is shown in FIG. 8; and,

FIG. 13 is a reduced scale pictorial view of the FIG. 1 handle in its condition of FIG. 8.

The broken lines in FIGS. 8 and 13 show environmental features which are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
