  1. The ornamental design for a surgical aiming device, as shown and described.

In use, the surgical aiming device interacts with a basis for surgical aiming device, the details of which are shown and described in co-pending U.S. Design patent application No. 29/209,626, entitled Basis for Surgical Aiming Device, filed on even date herewith, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.
