  1. The ornamental design of a waste container with perforation band, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the waste container with perforation band according to a first embodiment of the new design wherein the top surface has a circular drop-through hole;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation from the right front in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an elevation view from left front in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a side elevation from the right rear in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view, the feet shown in broken lines forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 7 is an elevation view from the left rear in FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a second embodiment, having wider apect but in other respects the same as FIG. 1, the design being shown rotated by 180 relative to the view in FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is an elevation view from the left front in FIG. 8;
