  1. We claim the ornamental design for a tilt-latch, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the tilt-latch of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the tilt-latch shown in FIG. 1, the bottom view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation view of the tilt-latch shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a side view of the tilt-latch shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an opposite view from FIG. 4, of the tilt-latch shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of an alternative embodiment of the tilt-latch of the present invention;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of the tilt-latch shown in FIG. 6, the bottom view being a mirror image;

FIG. 8 is a front elevation view of the tilt-latch shown in FIG. 6;
