  1. The ornamental design for a liquid and lotion applicator, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 illustrates a side elevational view of a first embodiment of the liquid and lotion applicator snowing my new and ornamental design;

FIG. 2 illustrates a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 illustrates a front view, the opposite side being a mirror-image thereof;

FIG. 4 illustrates a fragmentary perspective view of the upper portion of FIG. 1, which has been shown as a partial view for ease of illustration;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view thereof shown with the applicator portion removed so that the top of the container portion can be disclosed;

FIG. 6 is a fragmentary perspective view of another embodiment of the liquid and lotion applicator that differs from the first embodiment only in the shape of the applicator portion as shown;

FIG. 7 is a fragmentary perspective view of another embodiment of the liquid and lotion applicator that differs from the first embodiment only in the shape of the applicator portion as shown;
