  1. The ornamental design for a headphone splitter and volume control accessory for use with an MP3 player device and another electronic device for recording, storing and transmitting audio files, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a top view of the headphone splitter and volume control accessory showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right end elevational view of the free end of one of the two identical volume control portions drawn separately for purposes of illustration,

FIG. 4 is a left end elevational view of the cable end of one of the two identical volume control portions drawn separately for purposes of illustration;

FIG. 5 is a left end view of the jack portion drawn separately for purposes of illustration;

FIG. 6 is a right end elevational view of FIG. 3 drawn without the cable for purposes of illustration;

FIG. 7 is a left end elevational view of FIG. 4 drawn without the cable for purposes of illustration;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged top elevational view of one of the two identical volume control portions of FIG. 1 drawn separately for purposes of illustration;

FIG. 9 is an enlarged side elevational view of the volume control portion of FIG. 8, drawn separately for purposes of illustration, the opposite side is a mirror image; and,

FIG. 10 is an enlarged top plan view of one of the two identical volume control portions drawn separately for purposes of illustration with the switch drawn in an alternate position.
