  1. The ornamental design for a mask frame and forehead support for use with a mask assembly in the application of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a mask frame and forehead support for use with a mask assembly in the application of CPAP processes according to an embodiment of our design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof.
