  1. The ornamental design for a ceramic wear plate, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a top view of the first embodiment of the ceramic wear plate.

FIG. 2 is a back-side view of the first embodiment of the ceramic wear plate shown in FIG. 1, the front-side being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a right-side view of the first embodiment of the ceramic wear plate shown in FIG. 1, the left-side being a mirror image thereof.
