  1. We claim the ornamental design for an electronic device for visual impaired people, as shown and described.

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view of the electronic device for visual impaired people of FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view of the electronic device for visual impaired people of FIG. 1.
