  1. The ornamental design for a translucent placemat, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the translucent placemat of the present invention in a closed position.

FIG. 2 is a top view of the translucent placemat of the present invention in a closed position.

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the translucent placemat of the present invention in a closed position.

FIG. 4 is a elevation view of the translucent placemat of the present invention in a closed position.

FIG. 5 is the opposite elevation view of the translucent placemat of the present invention in a closed position.
