I claim the ornamental design for a cutting blade, as shown and described.
FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a cutting blade with the cutting edge shown broken away to indicate indeterminate length.

FIG. 3 is a top view of the cutting blade shown in FIG. 1.
FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the cutting blade shown in FIG. 1.
FIG. 5 is a rear view of the cutting blade shown in FIG. 1.
FIG. 6 is a right side view of the cutting blade shown in FIG. 1; and,
FIG. 7 is a left side view of the cutting blade shown in FIG. 1.
