  1. The ornamental design for a hand held device tether, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of my new design for a hand held device tether;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is bottom plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevation view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a top perspective view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 with the tether shown in solid lines wrapped around the periphery of the base device and shown in irregular broken lines extending away from the base device;

The irregular broken lines indicating the outline of a hand held device and a hand are for the purpose of illustrating environmental matter and form no part of the claimed design. The dashed lines indicate an alternative position of the tether.
