  1. The ornamental design for a latch assembly, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the latch assembly of the present invention, including the receiver element and the guide element.

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the guide element of the latch assembly shown in FIG. 1. The bottom plan view is a mirror image of FIG. 2.

FIG. 3 is an upper end view of the guide element shown in FIG. 2.

FIG. 4 is a lower end view of the guide element shown in FIG. 2.

FIG. 5 is a left side view of plan view of guide element shown in FIG. 2.

FIG. 6 is a right side view of the guide element shown in FIG. 2.

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of the receiver element of the latch assembly shown in FIG. 1. The bottom plan view is a mirror image of FIG. 7.

FIG. 8 is an upper end view of the receiver element shown in FIG. 7.

FIG. 9 is a lower end view of the receiver element shown in FIG. 7.
