  1. The ornamental design for a soil moisture monitoring device, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a soil moisture monitoring device of the present invention wherein a cap is shown in an exploded view in phantom, broken lines;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the monitoring device of FIG. 1 wherein the cap is shown in phantom, broken lines mounted on the body of the device;

FIG. 3 is a front view of the monitoring device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a side view of the monitoring device of FIG. 1, the opposing side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear view of the monitoring device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the monitoring device of FIG. 1;
